How quickly do you deliver?
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM. Standard delivery window is 2–4 hours. Express delivery (under 2 hours) available in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
Is there a security deposit?
No security deposit at all. You pay only the rental amount. All our chairs are fully insured, so accidental damage is covered at zero extra cost.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes! Call us, WhatsApp, or use the app to extend anytime. You'll be charged the daily rate for extra days.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Absolutely. Hospital delivery is our most common use case. We deliver right to the ward or reception and can coordinate with nursing staff.
What if the chair is not suitable?
We offer a 2-hour hassle-free replacement guarantee. If the chair isn't right, call us and we'll swap it free of charge.
Do you offer monthly or long-term plans?
Yes — weekly and monthly plans offer significant discounts vs. daily rates. Contact us for custom long-term pricing for hospitals or care homes.
